"Clean room, good staff attention"

"This is a great hotel that is clean and equipped with all you need for your stay in Cusco. Every single member of the staff was kind, friendly, and helpful! The breakfast included a made-to-order omelette + the small, but ample buffet. I had dinner there on my last night and that was delicious too. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"We were immediately impressed with the care and responsiveness by our host. The owner is in Lima and was in constant contact with us. The onsite host was also available via WhatApp with a reasonable delay in communication. We could not ask for more caring and kind hospitality. They were truly wonderful, regularly reaching out to see id there was something they could provide us with. It’s important to note that Spanish is the primary language and communication occurs via WhatApp or Google...

"Fantastic location, beautiful hotel with great staff "

"Lovely property in the old town Cusco and close walk to the square and everything old town cusco has to offer. Our room was comfortable and everything worked. Hot tea was available in the courtyard and breakfast was reasonable. Its a beautiful property. Our biggest complaint is that the people in the room above us were very loud for our entire stay...sounded like they were constantly moving furniture or dragging suitcases or jumping around up there which made it a bit difficult to sleep. ...

"The hotel was great. Clean, comfortable with excellent staff. Breakfast was fantastic exceeding expectations. The location was perfect for getting out for the day and close walking distance to the center of the old town. Would absolutely stay there again."

"The staff were great and the location was perfect. The food in the hotel was always quick and met my needs. Now the cons, the bed was very firm. I found it hard to sleep comfortably. Cusco itself is chilly in the morning so i expected some type of heating but none were available. The washroom was outside of my room and i found it a bit uncomfortable to use it. The layout of the horel is nice but it is fairly old. Still i found it good due to the atmosphere and staff."

"A truly great hotel with an unbeatable location in Cusco. But the absolute highlight is the team: the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. You feel perfectly taken care of right from the start. The only minor quirk is that they lock the front door quite early in the evening, meaning you have to wake someone up if you come back late at night. However, because the staff is so warm and welcoming even then, you really don't mind it at all. Highly recommended!"
