"What an amazing stay! The allocation is central to the sacred valley, the property is well maintained and offer a well taken care of garden with plenty of beautiful flowers, fruits and visitor birds of different kind. The staff are kind courteous and helpful. They answer any and all questions you may have about the area and region. In particular Camela, Carlos, Nazar, and Fernando. Accommodate transfers to trains stations and offer pickup from airport. Angel was my driver who went above and beyond. I also took hiking tours with Fernando, who is genuinely interested in your experience being the most authentic and rewarding. He is very knowledgeable. The food was excellent and the nightly features were a must. Everything is fresh and farm-to-table. Adrian and Luz were very courteous in the restaurant. They packed me (the guide and driver) snacks for my tours. Cannot recommend them enough."

"This place was great, the host offered freefilter water that saved us a ton to buy gifts. They also offered a wonderful breakfast in the morning and the staff was always so helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfy. It was close to downtown for all the shops and restaurants but far enough away so that it wasn't loud but peaceful in the garden."

"We loved this property. A very unique experience star gazing and sleeping at 3,000 m. The dining room and food and friendly family service were excellent. The Puma room was nicely themed with spectacular panoramic mountain view. Worth it and highly recommended. The hotel taxi pick up from train station, drive up and down was narrow and steep but the drivers there know what they’re doing so we weren’t worried."
