"Really close to the busy freeway and noisy, but the room and staff were excellent."

"The lobby was loud as guests were at the bar when I arrived at 9 pm. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was a single king, great bed! Coffeemaker worked and it had a refrigerator. Perfect. The bathroom was a disabled bathroom… shower was difficult to adjust and I got water everywhere. The hot water was slow to reach temperature. Hated the bathroom. Everything else was good."

"The room was disgusting when we went in. Stains on the bed and pillows. There was a poop stain in our toilet. Bathtub needs a complete makeover all the paint is peeling and it looks so old. For a four star hotel I expected better but this is just extremely run down. "

"The hotel was Clean. Comfy. Safe. the negative was they had no microwave available for use anywhere. The room rate was more at the hotel Than advertised."

"I loved the resort ,the staff ,the room and cookies. The only issue we had is that we couldn’t enjoy the indoor pool to its full potential because there were having swim classes. I’m all for the swim classes but i dont think the classes should be given on a pool that its for our guest to enjoy to its full potential."
