"Very comfortable for a short stay, clean and with everything needed. Good location, and I arrived very early in the morning and the staff were so kind and helpful, letting me check in early which I deeply appreciated after travelling for 24hrs!"
"Five Star Hotel near the centre of Algiers (Alger Centre). Ample parking and good security. Spacious common areas and good rooms. Take an ocean facing one, especially. Food on the menu takes some adjustment, but the dishes are authentic. Helpful concierge, great views all round, lovely pool, and though the weather is hot, air conditioned rooms a great plus."
"Lots of character and history, art deco bathrooms were stylish, and the Jardin is lovely. Nice pool too.
Let down a bit by a not great breakfast selection, and being invisible to most of the bar staff. But overall glad I visited."
"The location was central to the train station , many restaurants and only 30 minutes walk to the Casbah.
The staff were excellent, super helpful and always on hand to help.
The bar downstairs was friendly, with great service and well priced.
The breakfast was very good, continental style with lovely coffee.
The room was spotless, great hot shower at any time of day, air conditioned room with a balcony.
The area felt friendly and safe, with loads of shops and bakeries close by.
Would return any time, we loved it!"
"Decent hotel in a nice part of Algiers, plenty of character. The beds were very comfortable and the place was beautifully furnished, with lots of marble. The breakfast was adequate and tasty (excellent coffee!). The only slight weaknesses were on cleanliness (we had to ask them to replace the bath mat) and some items not being well-maintained, eg the phone didn't work and the shower head was leaking. Would return."
