The staff are excellent: kind, helpful, patient. Rooms are very clean as well as beds and bathrooms. The very location is cool as well, offering a quick access to the airport, train stations or long distance bus stops. Also, the travellers who choose Mantra are mostly very friendly, inspiring and energetic, it is easy to make friends here...
