"It was a nice room the only thing I didn't like was the fire alarm going off in the night and having to go all the way down upstairs and wait by the bus stop just to come to find out that it was 8th floor not 6th floor so I could've stayed in my room the entire time.. it was loud and cold and annoying and then nobody even told us what you do I feel like they need to be more on top of it if they have fire like that they need to walk to each room and tell them they need to leave the floor that just let the fire alarm to it"

"we had an issue with our 20 year old not being allowed at the pool at 7pm. They said it was adults only. In Colorado 18 is considered an adult. In addition our family seemed to be the only people “carded” to get in the pool. Sadly our son left the hotel and drove home because there was nothing for him to do so we wasted money on having a second room. When we complained the next morning, the extremely rude “casino manager” that we escalated to told us “This is a casino, we cater to people over 21, not families” and then yelled at me that she was not talking to me, only to my husband. We asked to speak to the next level up who seemed surprised that an adult in Colorado is 18 and while she was also unwilling to help us, she has said the general manager will be calling us. All in all it was the worst customer service I have ever had. So if you are looking for some fun times with your family, don’t go to this hotel. I have never been treated so poorly in what was supposed to be a nice hotel. "

"There is nothing near by to walk to especially when it is cold and snowing out. They don't have a liquor license so you cant gamble and drink there. To get to the garage for parking you have to leave there go down the hill to the stop sign. Then you have to make your way back up the hill. Its on a one way road. Not very convenient at all"

"The rooms are wonderful & the staff was great however, Bring your own breakfast. Frozen, vegan burritos for $12 that you can get from king Soopers for $1.99 or the “Croissant Collection” was actually frozen hockey pucks smaller than the palm of my hand (I am only 5 ft tall) they didn’t even have the frittatas. Sold as a “ “Luxury Resort”, I had a “suite”, asked for the celebration package, someone called me, told me they were to busy but could probably have balloons in the room. No balloons. If you want an actual meal, I would suggest bringing a Colman grill, if possible & your own food. A drink at the bar consists of a child’s size glass of whatever you want & if you would like a normal size drink like you would get at normal a bar, you will have to ask for and pay for a double. Make sure you pay attention to your account for a few days after your stay. $10.98 was debited from my account for Tampax tampons (Not that time of the month for me) which I never asked for or received. I was told they would “Review the cameras & let me know if I get refunded for it”. “Luxury Resort”, not it. Glamping experience, it kind of was. The people that work the place are super sweet and honest. We had a lady that played the accordion sang beautifully. The domes are super clean and a fun area for sleeping. Don’t book off of Expedia though. What should have been a stay for $613.19 ended up costing me $376.08 more. Should have booked through the Nest website. "
