The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We don't come over often from vancouver island but when we do have to come to vancouver again, we will definitely be staying here again."

Didn’t need to rent a vehicle for my entire stay of 7 days. Also a plus, it’s across the street from the waterfront."

"Make sure the washroom is working on the floor they put you on. Twice now the washroom on first floor has been shut down and I've had to go up to the second floor in the middle of the night. The employees and stuff are amazing and go out of their way to assist"
