"Room was outdated and needed lots of maintenance. The window curtains had smudges and the room smelled old and stuffy. The staff was ok. The outdoor pool did not seem the cleanest and needed some upkeep and renovating. Dining at the in-house restaurant was OK but not great. Stayed there about 8 to 9 years ago and it was much better. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."

"Room 130 was absolutely horrible… Room 130 wasn’t even fit for my dog or cat… Room 130 was located right next to the exit door… Every time somebody would go in and out, the door would slam so hard that it woke us up every single time we got zero sleep… I told the front desk and there was no concern at all for the lack of sleep that I got i’m requesting a full refund. I didn’t get any sleep at all and either did my wife…."

"The room was clean and parking was easy for us to find. Everyone was nice and helpful. It was great waking up and being able to make food before going off to the festival. Pick up and drop off for shuttles were easy and the place had so many amenities we didn’t get a chance to explore them all. Easy and convenient to most stores and restaurants. Would stay here again and recommend to others no problem. "

"The property is well kept. The trees, plant, bushes and pool areas are beautiful a real feeling of being somewhere in a tropical area. I would definitely go back to Oasis again! "

"Host told me theres a $35 check in fee!! Room was already paid for with a breakdown of the bill. No $35 check in fee on bill upon arrival went 2x to property and room was not ready! Hilton/best western should dump these guys No person at counter check in with kiosk, person is on a screen like a zoom checking you in,,"
