He even helped arrange tours we were hoping to do. The location is just steps from the city center near the Bell Tower. "It's a problem that the parking lot is so far away from the hotel. The hotel is located within the city walls. So, there is no elevator. We have to carry our luggage upstairs with difficulty.

"Great location and beautiful room within the palace walls. Would be VERY difficult to navigate with large pieces of luggage. Narrow circular staircase to the room. We had rental car, so left large luggage there and only took small carryon to the room. "
