Arrived late at night via a €30 taxi ride!! Reception staff were very helpful and gave us a bottle of water to take to the room. Hotel is situated next to a garage forecourt, no shop at the garage and the restaurant attached is also closed. Rooms very poor and dated. Used the sound of the air con to drown iut the music from the venue opposite. Brwakfast was offered at €5 but didnt take up the offer based on what we had seen so far. Used for just one night stay...and at iver £100 i would again.

OK for the last night stay before departure flight

The hotel is quite worn, but clean. Beds reasonably comfortable, water in the shower warm, etc. Do not expect much from breakfast. Located outside the city on a thoroughfare, there's not much places to eat, but we were concerned about parking and proximity to the airport - it is indeed a few minutes drive. Definitely on the plus side - friendly service at the reception.

Photos do not match the rooms. Outdated, cracked walls, beds are very old and can feel the shape where people have been sleeping for years. Fridge barely works and needs a chain to keep closed. Rooster, dogs barking and planes all night.

Posizione strategica, Hotel datato.

Un buon compromesso per dormire vicino all’aeroporto. La struttura in generale è datata e necessita di qualche ritocco; un appunto sulla pulizia perché sotto il letto ho trovato della sporcizia. Nel complesso per una notte veloce può andare bene, senza troppe pretese.

Non ci sono elementi negativi specifici da rilevare. Struttura senza infamia ne’ lode, comunque valido appoggio nei pressi dell’aeroporto. Il prezzo mi sembra tuttavia lievemente sovradimensionato rispetto al livello della struttura.

La struttura è datata, c'è il minimo indispensabile per trascorrere una notte come abbiamo fatto, si trova a pochi passi dalla pista di decollo dell'aeroporto di Catania con quello che ne consegue. La colazione è molto buona.

Sauber aber für einen 3 Sterne Hotel ziemlich spartanisch eingerichtet. Das Mobiliar ist uralt und die Türe und die Wände lassen alle Geräusche durch. Man hört ziemlich alles. Die Umgebung ist sehr schlecht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln an die Stadt angebunden...aber wenn man nur ans Strand möchte, passt es 😊

Für Junge Mensche, die am Strand bis sechs Uhr früh Party machen wollen ist es ideal. Wenn man allerdings in der Nacht schlafen möchte, dann wird es eher sehr schwer. Wir haben es wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen gewählt, was aber nichts bringt, denn das Taxi muss trotzdem rund herum fahren, daß man wahrscheinlich in der City schneller ist.

Das Personal ist das Highlight an diesem Hotel! Wirklich gut Das Hotel selbst ist nun Mal vor allem eine günstige Absteige. Pro: Das Personal ist top! Flexibler als für diese Preisklasse erwartbar! Sehr günstiger Preis im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels der Stadt Bushaltestelle in der Nähe (Viale Kennedy), die direkt in die Innenstadt führt (Linie D) Con: - dafür, dass das Hotel in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen liegt, bräuchte man zu Fuß trotzdem über 1h dorthin - keine direkte Bus-Verbindung zum Flughafen (Linie D in die Stadt und dort Umstieg) - es ist laut (Einflugschneise, Disco/Club in der Nachbarschaft, hellhörige Wände)

Vacanza a Catania

Buona posizione, si raggiungono facilmente il centro e le zone periferiche di Catania. Malgrado la vicinanza dell'aeroporto possiamo dire che il traffico aereo non disturba più di tanto. Albergo pulito e personale gentile. Da consigliare

No water in the hotel in the evening. Poor air conditioning. Beware of restaurant… found aluminum foil in the pasta and not so much as an apology. Wine listed on the menu was not stocked. Substitute lauded as good and local was awful. The receptionist was the only breath if fresh air. Stay away!

Só para dormir numa ida para o aeroporto

Só para dormir rapidamente numa ida para o aeroporto. Hotel velho, mau conservado e pouco limpo. Ainda tínhamos no frigorífico a garrafa de sumo quase acabada dos anteriores hóspedes. A parte boa é que tem estacionamento grátis no local e é perto do aeroporto.

L'hotel merita un buon voto per quanto riguarda la camera, la reception e il parcheggio riservato. Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata rovinata dalla pessima gestione della sala ristorante, in particolare: - il buffet per la colazione non è servito del personale e i clienti toccano tutto( pinze, caraffe, posate) - i clienti davanti a noi si servivano al buffet senza mascherina e nessuno del personale gli ha detto niente, perché anche il cameriere NON indossava la mascherina

Buona scelta rispetto all'esigenza

Per la mia famiglia serviva una sistemazione vicino all'aeroporto perché la mattina dopo partivamo presto e il Miramare si è rivelato una buona scelta. La quadrupla presa, per quanto non proprio nuova, si è rivelata pulita e sufficientemente comoda. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati veloci e cordiali, inoltre ci hanno tenuto aperto il ristorante per la cena anche se siamo arrivati solo alle 21.45

Honestly I expected a better and cleaner room given the price we paid. Including breakfast a 100 euro stay calls for a better service and level of cleanliness.
