"The hotel is located right in the heart of Bilbao on a large crossroads, making easy access to attractions and the Guggenheim museum. "A little out of town and on a relatively steep hill. However, there is a metro station only 200m away which gives easy access to the city. Next to a main road and so there was regular road noise at night. The pool was shut. Staff were efficient and friendly. The room was spacious and clean.
