"Pool was dirty. No pool deck furniture, no pool towels. Mineral spring smelt awful, from across the parking lot. Bar traffic made parking a challenge. The noise from the bar was quite loud on more than one occasion"

"We stayed one night while waiting for a weekly rental on Captiva and it was an easy and convenient location. Exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, nobody in the room was able to sleep. My son slept on the pull out sofa and the mattress was basically all springs with a very thin covering. He was unable to sleep due to the discomfort and the rest of us were up all night because every time his body shifted, we were awakened by the loud sound of the metal springs in the mattress. The hotel seemed clean for the most part and staff was friendly. If we had been able to sleep I would give it a much better rating."

"A huge included breakfast which is rare these days. The coffee is freshly ground for each cup. This property is clean and well maintained. We have stayed many times. The hotel is close to everything on Cape Coral Parkway. The manager and staff were all friendly and helpful. "

"We read that the pool was heated and it wasn't, there was light coming from under the door that goes outside, the window was cracked and had a quarter inch gap on one side going straight outside and the room was real damp and smelly. With all that, the staff was very friendly and helpful "
