"My friends and I planned a 2 week long trip to Italy with our stay in Tuscany being our middle stop. While we were very excited to arrive, we were quickly let down once we realized what we expected to get with our stay was not possible. "The view, pool, area were perfect. However the room sadly affected our experience. Air conditioner was malfunctioning- it was colder outside! We didn’t have hot water in our shower. It’s desperately no isolated… we couldn’t sleep as we’re listen to almost everything. Overall we didn’t not appreciate our 3days."

"This was a beautiful location. The room was spacious and loved the patio for coffee in the mornings. It was very private. We enjoyed the pool and restaurants were great. Breakfast was amazing.     "Monica was the friendliest most enthusiastic host we’ve stayed with. Everything from her greeting to the amazing breakfast was perfect. She does a lot of baking, so the breakfast was really a treat and you could also get eggs cooked in various ways. The room was a little small but very comfortable. Parking was on the street, but it was fairly close and easy."
