"Pros: -Great location -Comfy bed -Quiet -Nice building -Nespresso machine in the room Cons: -Bathroom was extremely poorly laid out. As average size people, we could barely fit on the toilet. This was partly due to a giant sink and yet there was little room around the sink to put things. -There was a dirty towel in our bathroom (with a stain that was removable) -Small room -Breakfast was ok, nothing special Due to the poorly planned bathroom in particular, and the small size of the room, I cannot recommend this hotel nor would I stay there again. "

"Nice enough hotel, a bit vanilla. Everything is ok but nothing about the hotel feels four star. A good three star. Double room was very small, no side unit on one side & not blackout as described. Gym is decent but opens too late in the morning. Well located for the main city & ideal for the theatre."

"I would have given this hotel a great rating but we had major inconvenience the first night of 4 nights stay. We booked a junior suite room, which regrettably was facing very busy road and the soundproofing was terrible with windows not shutting properly and having significant gaps meaning it was like sleeping with an open window listening to vans, buses and mopeds racing down the road. We barely got any sleep the first night as it was so noisy even with earplugs in, when asked to be moved to a different room the staff were amazing, very understanding and accommodating. We were first offered to move the same room but on a different floor but we insisted to be moved to a room facing the courtyard instead - thankfully there was one available otherwise our holiday would’ve been ruined if we didn’t have a quiet alternative. I am really surprised how hotel management permit to have rooms like that available for bookings and the junior suite rooms facing the road really need to have serious soundproofing installed - we travel a lot and never had any problems staying in rooms facing the road before. The rest of the stay was very lovely - great breakfast, very clean and modern rooms and great amenities in the hotel itself. "

"Narine, John & Sofiane at the front desk were extremely helpful, friendly and made ys feel at home. Sofianne was especially friendly and helpful with advice and tips on what to do, where to eat and we rented a car 🚙 that we used to travel to Manacor, beaches & Rafa tennis academy…THANKU Sofiane We will be back to beautiful Mallorca 🌞😃"

"Loved my stay here in Mallorca — such a cute hotel in a great central location (way cooler than the touristy marina area). The restaurant had excellent food and drinks, and the €12 breakfast kept me full all morning. My room was spacious and spotless, the staff were incredibly kind, and I got a fantastic deal — maybe off-season, but very reasonable either way. Highly recommend."
