Everything she booked was perfect! I cannot say enough praise for Elenora, to ensure my family and I had the most wonderful holiday. All the people that work there went over and above to ensure our happiness."

"We travel all over the world, and this was truly one of our favorite hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The location is amazing, the rooms are beautiful, and the service is absolutely spectacular. "There is no bar or restaurant on the property, the rooftop breakfast was not good at all and it isnt open for lunch or dinner and serves nothing but a breakfast which was to be honest very disappointing. The bar is all set up, but its not open. I dont know if they set up things just to get a 4 star status, and then just shut them down. All in all this hotel is excellent if you just want a clean place to sleep, but far from 4 star property. Its actually a 3 star max. It has a lot of potential, but its been mis managed. Staff is great. But you can just choose a 3 star place and youd get better value for money"
