A great atmosphere, staff were warm and friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome on arrival. The property was unique and exactly what we were after, rather than more modern hotels. We were only there for one night and didn’t have a chance to explore but there was a supermarket 1 block away and Pizzeria/Cafe across the road.
Staff was absolutely amazing and extremely supportive ❣️❣️❣️

The hotel meals (dinner and breakfast) were delicious, but the shower didn’t work at all, bed was uncomfortable, and sound carried throughout the hallway.
For the price, this was a great hotel. Non smoking facility (just putting that in as it was unclear to me when I booked it). Bed really comfy, I slept so well.
Breakfast great, and the staff were absolutely lovely. Really nice hotel. Very close to Casa port train station so easy to get to and from airport, and two tram lines in a couple of minutes walk.
Very nice hotel, centraly located.Rooms are spacious and well maintained.Staff is nie and responsive. The biggest advantage of the hotel: breakfast with big variety of products.
Good value, nice to have a welcome tea and treat. The reception area was very beautifully decorated in a traditional style. Basic but comfortable rooms. Very helpful front desk staff. A great location to get to the train for the airport and the tram, restaurants, and Medina.
Very friendly staff , Clean rooms ,budget friendly and only few minutes from Casa port and city center
I love the Moraccan style decoration and breakfast
Overall I feel like I am home in
Moraccan House
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. While it is old and outdated, it's still functional. Beds were clean and comfortable. We took the galf-board option which included breakfast and dinner. This worked really well as we didn't have to worry about dinner after a long day.
Location was good, but nothing much available within the walking distance. Very close to the Casa Port. The bus (Casa Port stop) and the tram was a short walk away. The Casa Voyagers train station was a short Uber away.
Breakfast buffet was good (with salami and eggs cooked to order), dinner was really good - freshly prepared Moroccan dishes every night and served with care. Front desk lady was wonderful, the gentleman not as much - he tried to charge us for anything he could - including the bottled water that we had to buy there because no other option was there. Was it a good experience overall? Yes - we enjoyed our stay. Will we choose to stay in this hotel again if we come back to Casablanca? No - I'll choose a different hotel next time as there's plenty to choose from.
Hello. I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Everything was great including the location. 4 minutes walk from downtown ctm bus station, for example. Tram transit stop right outside the door. The place was very quiet, except for car horns during rush hour. The place is very tastefully and colorfully designed. Staff were fun and helpful. And it was very reasonably priced!
The Moroccan decor is really beautiful. The staff friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels . I booked with dinner included , and was treated to a different Moroccan speciality each night. Two nights it was tajine , one fish and one chicken. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with many choices including eggs any style and beautiful crusty bread

Great location. Stunning original Moroccan architecture. Dissapointed the hamam & spa was closed for refurbishment. Omelet was tasty at breakfast. Night concierge and reception staff were fabulous. Showed us the wat to restaurant bar with live music on our first night. Top evening!!!! Thank you
