I asked for a non-smoking room but got a smoking room which left all of my belongings smelling like smoke. The room was an adequate size, clean. The breakfast had a good amount of food options. Was unavailable to locate any staff for 10 minutes when checking in. Good location, central to all amenities.

The night shift staff was terrible. The day shift staff, Fattah was really very professional and tried his best to fix his colleague's mistakes.
They took “budgetary” to the extreme , not even water bottles in the room, took multiple requests to get a simple ironing machine , the only positive was that the staff are polite and supportive
Nous avons séjourné à l’Ibis Casa Maarouf la nuit du 15 au 16 juillet 2025. Nous sommes des voyageurs réguliers avec des centaines de nuits d’hôtel depuis 25 ans, clients Accor et Gold chez Hotels.com. Ce séjour, notre 32e nuitée de l’année, a été la pire expérience de notre vie.
Arrivée épuisés à 1h30 du matin après un long trajet depuis l’Espagne, nous découvrons immédiatement :
Une fuite d’eau importante sous le lavabo, obligeant à se laver les dents... dans la douche.
Une chambre réservée avec deux lits simples, dont l’un était littéralement brisée.
À 3h du matin, le lit de mon mari s’écroule brutalement. Fracas, panique : les lattes du sommier s’étaient complètement disloquées. Il les remet tant bien que mal. À deux reprises supplémentaires, le lit cède encore. À 6h30, après une nuit blanche rythmée de stress, nous quittons l’hôtel, exténués.
À la lumière du jour, nous constatons :
5 lattes manquantes
Les autres, détachées et brinquebalantes
Fuite du siphon non signalée, que le ménage aurait dû repérer immédiatement
Nous avons montré les photos à la réception. Leur réponse :

"Vous auriez dû venir demander à changer de chambre à 3h du matin"
"C’est la faute des employés d’étage"
Pas de geste commercial ni excuse sincère parce que nous avons réservé via Hotels.com.
Le service client Hotels.com a tenté d’intervenir.
L’hôtel n’a répondu ni au téléphone. Dossier clôturé trop tôt par Hotels.com, en nous demandant de les rappeler. Gestion kafkaïenne.
J'ai récemment séjourné à l'hôtel Ibis et je tiens à exprimer toute ma satisfaction quant à la qualité du service. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec une grande courtoisie et un professionnalisme exemplaire. L'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable, les chambres sont confortables et bien entretenues, et l'ensemble du personnel est à l'écoute des clients.
Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Abdullah, dont l'accueil chaleureux et l'attention aux détails ont vraiment fait la différence. Il fait preuve d’un professionnalisme remarquable, toujours souriant et prêt à rendre service. Son sens du service client est exceptionnel et contribue à rendre l'expérience encore plus agréable. Grâce à lui, mon séjour a été encore plus plaisant.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et je remercie encore toute l’équipe pour leur engagement envers la satisfaction des clients. Un grand bravo à Abdullah pour son dévouement et son excellent travail !
