The hotel was very nice, clean friendly staff. The breakfast that was included was OK. Could use some improvement. It was the perfect location for our stay.. the restaurant next to the hotel was very good and the price very reasonable
New, modern hotel. Very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Be also had dinner which was ok, but not great. No alcoholic beverages in the restaurant. I warmly recommend the hotel but the restaurant kitchen has room for improvement.
Day 1: I waited nearly two hours for an iron and had to make several calls before being told to come downstairs because the cleaning crew had left. There was also hair in our bathroom. Although I reported it immediately, it remained for two days until I personally brought a cleaning staff member to the room.
Day 2: The elevator was not working while we were going to breakfast. We waited about 10 minutes before a staff member helped us downstairs. We had also seen another guest using the staff elevator, yet no alternative was communicated to us. That evening, construction across the street created significant noise, making it difficult to sleep. I had to sleep with headphones every night afterward.
Day 3: Our room key stopped working again, requiring my husband to return to the lobby for new keys. This was the second key issue in two days.
Day 4: Our room was not cleaned until after 4 PM, by which time I was already resting and asked them to skip it.
Day 5: There was no hot water, disrupting our plans to get ready and go to the mosque.
While we understand that unexpected issues can happen, these were not isolated incidents. There was a different problem almost every day, and we repeatedly had to call, wait, or personally follow up to resolve basic concerns.
