"me gusto!"

"The hotel has a good location and the option to park your car, but the water was cold due to the fact that the heater didn’t work well, the views are lovely."

"Food was excellent "

"Great stay at the Hotel Real del Valle. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was very good. The location is also very good, close to many interesting places."

"Really nice option is you want to stay for the weekend in Tepoztlan "

"Great stay. Lovely hotel, gorgeous and cute area. Right on the outskirts of Tepoztlan, surrounded by farmland, small shops. Lovely. Only issues I had were problems with the water, but they were solved quickly."

"Nice hotel in the area. Not easy to drive in with a big car, like any other location in town. Wi-do was not existent."

"Muy limpio y sobretodo estuvo muy tranquilo, nada de ruidos. Excelente servicio"

"Clean ,parking , kitchen, far from downtown"

"La alberca está limpia y en buen estado"

"Todo excelente "

"En general muy bien, la habitación, toallas, sábanas estaban muy limpias, solo un detalle en la limpieza del baño. Por lo demás excelente. El desayuno incluido está muy rico y bien servido. La atención del personal también es muy buena."

"The hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful (they possibly didn't speak English, but they tolerated my awful Spanish very well) and the area is beautiful, although with that said, pretty much everywhere in Tepotzlan is beautiful."

"Horrible la experiencia el cuarto estaba lleno de chinches la cama , en cuanto apagamos la luz para dormir mis hijos y yo las sentimos, prendimos la luz y las teníamos en toda la cama nada limpia la estancia en verdad no volvería jamás"

"This hotel was clean, hotel staff were nice, and the gym was great to have included. It was nice that it is pet friendly and our room had a small patio. Wifi worked well enough to work in both the room and downstairs coworking area including taking calls. Location is great. Near all our favorite restaurants in Tepotzlan and a 15 min walk into the center of town. One thing to note is the room is quite small so if you’re staying a long time with a lot of luggage keep that in mind. We were there...

"We had a pleasant stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was conveniently located near the main sightseeing areas. The included breakfast had a decent variety of options, and the hotel felt very safe and secure. Overall, a great option for exploring the area!"
