"El personal fue súper amable, estaban dispuestos a ayudar en todo, muy serviciales. La piscina estaba disponible lo cual nos agradó mucho. Desayuno delicioso. Las instalaciones del hotel eran una experiencia distinta, nos encantó estar cerca de los animales. A pesar de que el hotel es un poco alejado de todas playas, tener un carro nos ayudó mucho y teníamos parqueadero incluido "

"The property was very nice and cozy.
There were many nice beaches at a few minutes drive and we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi also.
The staff were very nice to us and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

"The rooms are not clean, air conditioning was terrible. The staff made a lot of noise right outside our room during the day and night, I could barely sleep. The restaurant employees act as if you are bothering them by being there, I couldn’t even order a cup of coffee without being side eyed by an employee. Biggest regret was staying here even if it was only a few hours. "

"BEST PLACE WE'VE EVER STAYED!! Loeki was the most incredible hostess at this beautiful bed and breakfast. She thinks of every 5 star detail from mint water in the refrigerator to making the most delicious breakfasts including cappuccinos or hot herbal teas, fruit smoothies, delicious pancakes, french toast, omelettes, fresh delicious fruit breads, yogurt bowls with granola, and fresh fruit. Every breakfast was not only healthy abut also most generous in portion size. We skipped eating lunch...

"I booked a balcony. To my knowledge there are just a small amount of balcony rooms. I was under the impression that i would have a pretty nice view of the harbor. Balcony rooms are more expensive. Well you dont have much of a view. You have a view of their solar system. So if you want a nice view, get a window room. Location in Otrabanda is very good. "

"We just needed one night to stay before flying out and this was perfect. It was clean, has air conditioning, had a mini fridge, checking in/out very easy. Price was very reasonable. It was only 12 minutes to Queen Emma’s Bridge and the shops down there. "
