"I enjoyed my 4 night stay at this boutique hotel. It’s very convenient to alot of the downtown attractions like the Queen Bridge and many other places like restaurants. The food here was also pretty good. I definitely plan to book again in the future"

"We loved our stay!! We thought the staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. Emilton from the entertainment was wonderful at the pool . Food was excellent ar all the restaurants.
Room was cleaned well and quick. Loved how close it was to town.
Can’t wait to come back"

"My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in mid June. First, compared to other resorts that are within walking distance of downtown. Avila has the best private beach. There are plenty of beach chairs and palapas. The outside areas are well maintained. The staff was friendly. On that topic, it does take some time to get used to “island time” some cultures (especially American) might perceive the bar service as slow or inattentive, but others perceive it as laid back. "Stayed at The Ritz Village for 7 days in their advertised Penthouse Suite. However don’t be fooled by the word Penthouse lol. The room was small very small but the view was Penthouse worthy. They are very stingy with towels and they don’t give you wash clothes so bring your own. I always travel with my own personal items. The service was great, the food just ok but it is in a prime location. If you wanted to you could walk to the mambo attractions. Great stay!"
