"Everything was great except there was not 24 hour dining service as advertised on Expedia. So, that was very deceiving."

"Our stay was great except for the daysgift front desk person on Sat and Sun. Our keys quit working on Saturday when my husband told her she made it known she didn't know how it kept happening after all her master key was working. Next morning as we are eating breakfast I watched three different people come up to the desk to check+out each time they had to wait awhile since she kept going to the back, it was check out time she was not paying attention to the front desk. Again on Sunday our keys...

"The lady at the front desk during daylights was very nice and helpful, but the room was NOT clean the floor had a layer of dust and the sheets were stained up. The flooring was splitting in several places that was just filled with dirt and grime. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable. Also don’t let the site fool you there is no breakfast, the un helpful late shift guy said “they are un licensed to serve breakfast”. Over all it was a very unpleasant experience, will not be staying there...

"Pool was not open, has NOT been for 5 years. Staff was helpful. The rooms with refrigerator is big enough for 2 But not the standard room. Next to a great restaurant and Walmart. It was quiet."

"While the room was clean, the shower head was clogged and didn't work well. We had 3 guests with only 2 towels, so as I searched for another towel, I had to help myself to one in the laundry room because no one was at the desk for a long period of time. The ice machine didn't work, and when the young man did return to the desk, he told me to just go into the pantry and grab some (incredibly unsanitary!). The young lady who checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful."
