"We have stayed at this hotel many times and had no issues but this time the bed was terrible. It was hard and squeaked so loud every time you moved. Got zero sleep and my hips were literally throbbing. I advised the front desk that until they replaced thst bed room 235 should not be rented to anyone. ..."
