"Everything was good the room was great but when we wanted to check in they didn’t had a staff member they made us wait for a lot nd then we waited for 1 am nd we had to checkout next day at 11am the experience with Expedia customer service was really great they helped us a lot"

"Our parking passes tied to our room card did not work and had to go into see the clerk 2 times. Could not use the hot water from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The rugs looked horrible and dirty. The whole hotel needs some serious remodeling."
