"Oh my gosh where do I start. This place was so disgusting that we couldn't even contemplate staying in that filth. The place was an absolute dump. As soon as we parked our vehicle the vibe of that place was already telling me to leave. The area was filthy with rubbish outside the room and surrounding areas. The pics on their website did not reflect the lodge at all. The parking was like a matchbox. After ringing to try to cancel we were offered another room. Giving them the benefit of the doubt...

"It was everything we required for a one night stay , it provided kitchen facilities that enabled a meal to be cooked. It is very well situated and easy to find right next to the main motorway from Auckland however there were no eateries that we found close hence the meal cooking "

"The place was as described, clean and what we needed. There is a paid shuttle you can pay by tap on the shuttle or you can pre purchase at a kiosk. The staff was helpful in directing us to the stop ahead of time. The staff was helpful and friendly. Water pressure was strong. Filtered water dispenser in lobby.
