"Appartement parfait et très bien situé. Seul regret, il est assez bruyant, bruits d'eau des appartements adjacents. Boules quies nécessaires. Conseil aux futurs voyageurs : si l'hôtel n'a pas de parking, il est aisé de se garer dans les parkings publics, situés entre 5 et 20 mn à pied. Si le prix est assez conséquent, cela vaut le coup néanmoins de louer un véhicule (prix relativement modeste pour une semaine) afin d'arpenter la région."

"The hotel is located at Gran Via avenue, and near to the cathedral, which is convenient to transportation to other tourist locations e.g. Alhambra. The hotel is new but the air condition in our room did not work. We asked the concierge to solve this problem. Initially he said that he was not in charge of this, but later he told us that we had to wait 10 min after turn on the air condition to work. However, it did not work at all. Fortunately, the climate was not hot, otherwise we could not stand...

"Tout a été parfait. Etablissement situé dans rue tranquille, non loin du centre mais loin du bruit. Appartement très bien équipé.et d'une grande propreté. Identique aux photos du site. Pleins de commerces à proximité. Très bon accueil de Javier, de bons conseils. Je ne parle pas bien l'espagnol, il m'a parlé doucement pour que je comprenne Je suis tout à fait ravie d'avoir profité de cet établissement. Je recommande et je reviendrai Merci Javier "
