I can say that the service at this hotel is incredible. This is a 7-star hotel in terms of the commitment of the proprietors, the staff and all people involved in your stay. Believe me: you will be happy. By far one of the best hotels I have stayed in, with a super-centric location in Carmona, simple but delicious breakfasts and a magical environment that will make you go again to this almost-hidden hotel in Carmona.

We, a family of 4 staying for just one night, arrived at 9pm because we really could not make it any earlier. However, the reception desk closes at 8pm (bear in mind that this is a hostel, not a hotel). After some communication via Expedia chat the landlord sent us instructions on how to get access to our room after 8pm. For us this was o.k. although he could have sent those instructions straight away (they seemed prepared anyway). Also, communication, except for the phone call I had with him, was in Spanish. So, I cannot judge how communication would have been in English.
