"Clean room, friendly staff, good location. Only complaint in the large, spacious room is the TV placement, along with the mounting bracket, makes it impossible to watch comfortably from either the bed or couch area. Would highly recommend this hotel for Carlsbad."
"Nice atmosphere, great room. WIFI was weird. If you were not a choice reward member you had to watch a sponsor video. Kept logging us out. Went to front desk and she was not very helpful. Told me to read how to fix it in the room. Be better and give your customers wifi! Make it simple!!"

"The staff was very friendly and attentive, made sure that we were pleased with our room. This appears to be a fairly new hotel, clean and modern. Excellent breakfast. Had we known that there was a restaurant/bar we would have taken advantage of it rather than finding a restaurant in town before going to the hotel. Would stay there again. "
"The afternoon receptionist was awesome. Everything was good for the check in. But the morning receptionist was not, it seemed that she did not like her job, she greeted us like if she was making us a favor. She needs to have a better attitude. (It was the girl with the huge ass lashes. )"
