"Very nice we stayed on the back side though and it was a little steep getting down. So just keep that in mind with suitcases and on your physical ability! Came for the fall foliage would recommend a week day but alpine coaster is only on the weekend!"

"This is a rustic suite with an outdoor/loon theme. Thoughtful touches to make our stay special. Kitchen is simple and we were able to make our own meals. Nice to have a separate bedroom and the living space is relaxing. Very convenient location."

"The staff is incredible, super warm, accommodating and also nice to chat with while you are getting checked in. The property itself is very well maintained, and the location is really great. Close to the lake and a great sunset view. Highly recommended!"

"This property is awesome. Comfortable bed, great shower, wonderful view of Lake Superior. Private access to the beautiful rocky shoreline. Pretty fowers and bushes and a wood fire sauna. Nice area by the water for a fire or picnic. Did I mention clean windows!!! Everything was very well organized!!"

"We have been staying at Cliffdweller over the past 10 years. I have to say I am a little disappointed in the direction it’s heading. It felt much more person with the care initially. But now it’s just like any other budget hotel. The view is great. But breakfast not until 8? Way too late. And not much to speak of. It’s lost its charm which is what made it special. For the price it should be better."
