The hotel was surprisingly clean. Staff was friendly. Decent breakfast including hot food. Only pitfall was no desk staff after 8pm. Overall good hotel experience. Now as to Expedia - different story - real unfair nightmare that costed an extra $255!

The rooms were clean, but that should be a given. There is NO elevator to the second floor, and no staff were available to help. They sent a text telling us about the free popcorn, but the machine was empty. The room came with breakfast. The coffee was lukewarm and terrible. I tried to make tea, and it was lukewarm as well. I spent a lot of money to get a room, and I was disappointed.

Clean room, nice breakfast assortment. The patio/deck has a beautiful view of the lake. Would’ve been nice to have an offer of help getting luggage up the stairs since there is no elevator. My daughter and I managed but would have been nice to at least had an offer to help. A guest actually offered help when we were leaving, which was appreciated.
