"The cottage was well located, well equipped and had some lovely little touches such as a bottle of wine on arrival, milk in the fridge, tea and coffee provided. Our children enjoyed meeting the various animals and the setting was very convenient and quiet. We were however disappointed to find on arrival that the previous occupants dog’s excrement hadn’t been cleared from the garden, a task we had to undertake before allowing our dog out (and there was more than one!). "Lovely cottage in a secluded location with good Kitchen. The owners are next door and very supportive but not intrusive. As long as you bear in mind that amenities such as shops et cetera or a driveway, you will have a great time."

"We had a great stay in the Aladdin Safari Tent and already want to come back. It’s much more than just a tent and is really well equipped, easily on par with hotels and lodges we’ve stayed at before. Being surrounded by animals and nature made it easy to switch off for a bit. Thank you for making us and our dogs feel so welcome. We hope to return soon, ideally with better weather."

"We loved how friendly all of the staff were in the hotel. The family who run the hotel clearly care very much about each and every guest and nothing was too much trouble for them. They are all lovely people who keep their hotel really clean and the beds and pillows were super comfortable.
