Kona Coast Resort
All the furnitures in the room are very aging and staff are not very professional as check-in is required to go to 2 different places and handled by different people which is fine, but kept trying to promote their other paid services or tours is not bringing a good experience.

Holua Resort
Bathrooms need an overhaul. Kitchen was reasonably stocked, but over a 10-day stay we needed to request several items. Pool was wonderful

Club Wyndham Mauna Loa Village
Great stay. A couple of their hot tubs were down but there are 6 on the property so not the biggest deal but definitely inconvenient.

Kanaloa at Kona by OUTRIGGER
Beautiful complex and views from the room. The unit we stayed in was a bit dated but clean. Only downside was the bed was very old and uncomfortable so we had to buy a foam topper which we then had to leave there rather than travel home with it.

We stayed in the Bamboo cabin with an outdoor kitchen, shower, and sink, all supplied with propane and warm water, along with a clean compost toilet.
