Would like to see the carpets in the main areas cleaned, there were stains that were off putting. Seemed like there were more things to do but were closed during my visit such as the indoor pool and karaoke rooms. "

"The room was spacious & elegantly furnished. The personal onsen was such a treat. Amenities were excellent. My only criticism was the fact that the towels were thin & the pillows small & hard but I do understand that’s my own personal preference. A small negative to a wonderful stay. The staff couldn’t have been more polite, friendly & helpful. They are the true asset for this establishment. We opted for half board. The food was beautifully presented, extremely generous & delicious. The actual site was cosy, nestled in a small village, in a valley surrounded by mountains. Such a peaceful retreat - a balm to one’s spirit. "
