The hotel facilities were very basic. In the bathroom, only hand soap was provided, with no other standard toiletries available, which was inconvenient. In addition, the towels and bath towels did not appear clean or fresh, as they were noticeably off-white, raising concerns about hygiene. Considering the service quality and the condition of the facilities, this hotel did not meet expectations and offered poor value for the price."

"Very outdated no phone charging terminals , room was cold so had to ask for heating, on asking the staff said no one else has asked for heating, room was very dirty in some places and the bedding had seen better days"
