"We've stayed at this hotel many times when it was branded differently. It is newly renovated and beautiful. The Nordic spa intrigues me but it's not cheap. The bed was amazing. This was a one night getaway for my husband's birthday and it was the perfect space."

"We needed a larger space in order to work throughout the weekend. This space was great! The hotel is clean. The staff are wonderful. Although parkade renovations meant a shuttle ride to the vehicle, they were extremely organized in making sure shuttles were always available. My only downside was the bed was a bit too hard for me, so I didn't sleep as well as I would have liked, but that's very much preference and you can't please everyone🙂"

"We loved this property! Check in to check out, we couldn’t be happier with the facility, staff and cleanliness. The pool was warm (swimming in mid April), the hot tub was amazing and the views a must…we never wanted to leave. The bed was so comfortable, the pillows also great. We will be back in the fall that’s how much we loved it. Also walking distance for breakfast, coffee and many amazing sights. Also while there go to: Fergies bakery..oh my lord! Get a cronut, trust me! Redrock pizza (drool) so amazing! The table for breakfast (quick walk for great food) Rocky Mountain bagel co. Pistachio scone (I wanted to buy 10 for the flight home) Iron goat, food and views are 10/10 I can’t wait to come back. I will say the only down side for us was the shower products weren’t what we would be based on the facility. They were okay for the guys but the woman I suggest bringing your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Thanks for the amazing experience!"

"The hotel, room itself and area were all great. Loved the pillows and the mountain view. However, there are a large list of cons. The toilet was difficult to flush fully and would run constantly or intermittently which was annoying. We slept with the bathroom door closed and that helped a bit. We went downstairs to fill a plastic bag with ice from their ice machine and when it melted the next morning there were small floating black chunks of something. Super gross! So we bought ice from the gas station across the street and when it melted, it was clear. The scoop for the ice was also kept inside the ice bin which is unsanitary. It is the type of machine Kevin could have put both of his feet in if you have seen The Office! Noisy hallways even if people aren't being loud. It seems like there is no sound proofing. There was a couple talking loudly and laughing that we could hear clearly from our room and their door was closed. Our door was knocked on multiple times by other guests stumbling to their own rooms which didn't make us feel super safe. Because of the lack of soundproofing, we could be heard chatting and laughing as well by other guests. I wouldn't recommend or stay again because of the toilet, the noise in the hallways, hearing people in other rooms even though their doors were closed and the gross ice."
