The meals were fantastic. The rooms were spacious and clean. The sauna and hot tubs were awesome! Loved the tree top bridges! Carlos made our trip to Rincon awesome. He had fantastic suggestions and made us feel very welcome everyday!

The hotel is very nice and staff is very friendly. The restaurant prices are quite high and size of portions are too small. Prices do not include taxes in any menu which is not very convenient. Even worse for foreigners.

Property while dated is well maintained. Ongoing issues with broken elevators were a minor irritant. Resort seemed to randomly close speciality restaurants without notice with 2/4 closed most evenings. Resort staff/pool staff were friendly & helpful.
