"Upon early arrival we called Patrizia and she arrived within a few minutes to show us around the property and to our floor. We left our cases there until our room was ready and Patrizia walked us to the next road to personally show us where the shops were that we'd asked for. "Nice hotel in a good location in central Pisa, very walkable into the city centre and only a short walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Hotel is secure and clean, with easy check-in/check-out. Bed is comfy and the bedroom is spacious. Parking on the street available if required. Hotel can be loud when other guests are leaving their rooms but overall a great experience"
"Lovely traditional hotel a short walk from the tower. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Our flight was cancelled late and night and thankfully the hotel had rooms available and were able to arrange 2 rooms for us very quickly at 1am. "Very close to the tower so that is convenient. Street outside is a Main Street so is noisy in the night. They let us check in early and were friendly which was a bonus. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was decent enough so can’t complain."

It had a lovely patio with comfy furniture. The room was comfortable and clean. It is a 5 minute walk to the Piazza Del Duomo where the Leaning Tower is located. Excellent service. "
