"The most haunting thing about this hotel was the random hairs everywhere. The staff (especially valet staff) was helpful as best as they could, but the AC was out on fourth of july weekend. it was 79 degrees in our room. the staff offered a box fan which helped but i think i should’ve been warned ..."
