"We thoroughly enjoy our short stay here. Your chefs are amazing. We had the most delicious trout with a lemon cream sauce and a delightful bottle of South African Chenin Blanc in your Four Seasons restaurant. It was so wonderful 😊 It was nice to have laundry facilities at the hotel as well, to freshen up our wardrobe. Very nice staff and a comfortable place to stay. Thank you "
"Restaurant is very good, with gluten free options including dessert. Yay! Location near the riverside trails allowed us to walk for hours. Security by the parking lot was reassuring. It is being renovated but we did not need anything except bed and food"
"The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hallways, elevators, lobby etc. were also very clean and updated. The staff were cordial and helpful. Parking was super easy and convenient. Plenty of linens and toiletries provided. It was definitely value for money and I would stay again.
The only gripe I had (and it’s small) was that the pool could have used a clean. The tile area around the hot tub was a wee bit grimy. But I still enjoyed it all weekend so it couldn’t have been...
"Downtown location. Historical building. Loved this feature. Updates in room and bathroom. We had huge corner room. Loved it. City sounds being downtown with all the roads. But that was expected. Would stay again. Breakfast included in our stay. A pub and a steakhouse attached. Pretty great offerings. "

"We booked this hotel through Expedia. It was under construction and we didn’t get the room type we wanted. Beverly was amazing and changed us quickly gave us a great deal and was so supportive. We will definitely stay there again!"
