"The front of house staff were super friendly and helpful. The cafe and restaurant looked clean and modern, we didn't eat there though as there limited uninspiring vegan options. No milk alternative options in the room on the tea tray. Noone wants to be going back to reception to ask for oatmilk at 10pm. A stain on the carpet was very off-putting as it was next to the chair and very obvious. However the room and lovely bathroom, was very clean."
