"The room was clean however the furniture and bedding are overdue for an upgrade. The onsite restaurant and proximity to the airport are what's best about it."

"The location was convenient for me. Price was affordable and offered breakfast. The elevator was small but steps was the way for me. Shower door took some work to open and close. Rooms are big with 2 king beds so bring a friend. Security guard at nights. Very helpful staff. Will definitely consider Metro again for future trips. Thank you"

"The room was comfortable. Hot water took some time to come on. Breakfast was excellent!!! A special shoutout to Michelle (supervisor) for accommodating our requests and helping us through the check-in process. Downside: hotel maintenance is needed."

"No outside food by the water was dumb. I understand they need to make restaurant sales but the fact that u can only eat your outside food in your room is dumb. They need better rules around that."

"Booked a night as a birthday present for my brother and sister-in-law, they were very impressed with the service, Cindy went above and beyond to ensure they were well looked after. Room was beautifully decorated, dinner, drinks and breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend"

"Wonderful! We couldn’t have wished for such a warm and restful stay! A beautiful house, managed by an amazing family! The views of the hills in the distance and the staghorn plants that surround as you take a dip in the pool are incredibly peaceful. The breakfast was amazing, the neighbors and the shop up the road were so kind. We walked to grocrey stores and restaurants every evening! We will be back every time we visit Trinidad. "

"I stayed at Palms for almost 1 month, so my experience would reflect that. Professional accommodating staff. 24 hour staff/ security Clean environment . Access to swimming pool. Central position. Close to malls. Access to food. A little expensive but acceptable in economic climate. Please, please bring back breakfast bar Lovely view of Northern range from my room. Kettle and cups in rooms would be good."

"The property was nice, great location, nice staff, beautiful gym. The restaurant served delicious food. Only negative i had the bars did not open until 11am. If I'm on vacation i rather start drinking before 11am. That's pretty late for a resort. Also the pool bar closed pretty early while the pool stayed open."
