"The only reason I would stay at this hotel again is because how happy it made my kids, besides that I had lots of issues with the staff. When I checked in I was told I wouldn’t need anything as in proof for parking so I could come and go as I please. When I did decide to leave when we came back we had issues coming back in they let us in went to talk to the front desk and they said I wouldn’t receive an email to scan at the gate I told them I didn’t receive an email nor was I told I was suppose to get one she said I didn’t need anything at check in. I showed him I hadn’t received an email he then said did you book through a third part in which I did (hotels.com) and he said my bad then you would just tell them your room number at the gate and when I told him they gave me trouble at the gate all he said was well it’s a busy day I see that you at least made it in… which was super annoying. Also we asked multiple staff members if there was a way to just go into the park to purchase something and none of them seem to know anything about Lego Land or the hotel they just all seemed like they were lost."

"The property is nice. The room was a bit small and the beds were too squishy. Our room was facing the highway and the noise from the cars and motorcycles was quite loud inside the room. The room was very clean."

"Quality room, linens, and beds Decent pool, though we didn’t use it Fabulous location and great views from our first floor room Ample, but small parking spots,.I have a bad knee snd it was at times difficult to het out of car Great staff, both friendly and helpful Breakfast was mediocre, but fabulous options in easy walking distance Would stay again"

"The property was once great, but is looking tired. The Westin is famous for their comfy beds, and ours was creaky, the coverlet looked worn, and the pillows were not soft. The coffee machine was broken as well. Not sure what’s up, but I’ll pass next time."

"Easy access from the highway. Room was very clean. Receptionist was so helpful in changing our room and giving us recommendations. "

"The check in process was long. Also kept getting text about late check out penalty if check out is after 10 though I checked out before 10am. Otherwise it is one of the best resort I stayed."

"We have been staying in 115 and its been the best Motel 6 we have ever stayed in. I never choose motel 6 just because most are iffy. This one was a smooth check in, maid service was amazing, room was big and it was quiet. Keep it up!!! We loved it!"

"We have to request many times the utensils for kitchen. Wait more than 1 day to get them. Before our check out no hot water and no answer when hot water will be available"
