"They charged me twice for the room and still have not refunded me. They promised we would receive a refund and now we are back almost a week and still no refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. This is not the right way to do business. A/C didn't work properly, soap from previous guest in the soap dish in our bathroom."

"Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce bnb. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants, sympathiques, réactifs, et nous ont donné plein de conseils sur les lieux à visiter et les endroits où manger. L'endroit est paisible, le logement est bien équipé, la literie est bonne. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, avec du choix et des produits bio. Points négatifs: une heure pour trouver le lieu du check-in (dans un hotel qui porte un nom différent), obligation de mettre un bonnet de bain pour accéder à la piscine, mais surtout, contrairement à ce qui était annoncé sur Hotels.com, l'appartement n'était pas climatisé. Seule une chambre était équipée mais le "climatiseur" ne rafraichissait qu'à peine la chambre et faisait bcp de bruit. Dans la deuxième chambre à l'étage...
