The Staff were wonderful, the staff in The Cafe were exceptional, I booked the hotel at the last minute, I didn’t realize there wasn’t a refrigerator in the room my mistake but we made do, a negative was we saw a few cockroaches in the room, I killed one and we bought some roach traps and put them under the bed, didn’t see any more after that, aside from that the hotel was clean and when they cleaned the room they did a great job, I didn’t expect a Hilton or Marriott we were on a budget, but we had a nice stay.

Good choice for this Hotel to stay

Staff were accommodating and friendly to their guests. The room was so cleaned and the ambiance was so perfect to relax. Foods were okay and the prices are affordable. The location of the hotel was so fantastic surrounded with lots of fast foods, drugstores , banks and accessible to any point of CDO you've want to go.

The room was small but clean and tidy and comfortable with a well-equipped bathroom. The only issues were there was no way to request a double bed when booking, so of course, got a room with two singles. Also, the shower water drained away from the drain, which is something I observed in every hotel I stayed at in Philippines.

Reasonable Hotel Rate in Heart of Town

The place offers peace & quiet at night. Building structure though does not offer any window and the room wa quite small. My main concern was my safety, especially the tiled floor that gets very slippery when you take a shower. Bathroom wall was glass; no handle bars provided to hold on to prevent a slip & fall. Further in case if a fall and glass wall breaks, it can create sharp points that can stab anyone. Water seeps into the room from the glass sliding door. The hotel is nicely located, very close to the 'old' center of city. Its price was reasonable. Food prep needs improvement, its quality average.

Overall, our one day stay was excellent…room was clean, breakfast was good and everyone was friendly, helpful, polite and very nice. I wish however the room had a window and wet floor was contained in the shower stall only when showering and not all over.
