"Primeiro dia: Ao chegar na suíte, constatamos banheiro totalmente sujo (pia, vaso e box). Jantar romântico proposto pelo Hotel serviram comida gelada. A proprietária nem quis ouvir a reclamação passando o assunto para funcionária que ignorou e não solucionou o problema. Faltou água (para tomar banho e no vaso sanitário). "This was a really wonderful property. Truly special and it’s a shame we were only there for one night. We were the only people staying on the entire premises the night we spent there which provided a unique experience, especially when it came time for breakfast. The staff/owners were all very kind and helpful. No complaints at all and would stay again."
