Good stay. Place needs some love by the owners

Good stay overall, staff were super friendly. The building really needs a renovation, a lot of water damage around, the floor in our room was buckling. Door handle to the bathroom fell off but that was because the bolt needed to be tightened as it was an extremely old door handle. Breakfast was decent. They just need to send a handyman around to each room and go over everything to make sure it’s in working order. Also a coat of paint would go a long way to making the place look better.

O hotel tem boa estrutura e é muito bem localizado, café da manhã farto e saboroso, quarto de bom tamanho e confortável porém no meu caso encontrei um banheiro onde a papeleira saiu na mão, o teto tinha um remendo imenso rachado e aparentando cair em cima da cama e não havia janela no quarto e no banheiro nem tampouco exaustão forcada. O quarto era mais para horrível do que para bom apesar de Bia cama e bons móveis. Nada parecido com as fotossíntese e com certeza não vale o que paguei.

Localização é tão boa quanto vários outros, mas o quarto em que fiquei não tinha isolamento acustico nenhum, fiquei ouvindo uns sem noção do quarto ao lado conversando alto por horas e parecia que estavam sentados na minha cama. Café da manha não condizente com a classe que o hotel se propõe e café da manha muito fraco em comparação com hotéis muito mais simples.

Bom custo-benefício

Hotel muito bom! Excelente localização e café da manhã. Já tinha visto aqui em outras avaliações, então acredito que seja devido a reserva ser feita pelo hotel urbano, mas nos colocaram em um quarto no prédio em anexo e não no casarão principal. Quarto de bom tamanho, porém a cama de casal é dividida ao meio o que torna um pouco desconfortável. Além disso a TV não é smart, o que foi um ponto bem negativo, na minha opinião. Outro ponto é que o hotel é ao lado de uma escola, então se for se hospedar em dia de semana esteja preparado para ouvir as crianças gritando na aula de educação física às 7h, bem como a sirene entre as aulas.
