"Hotel is not for kids or in anyway family friendly. Worst possible vacation for our family. The air conditioner was broken 3 days out of our 5 day stay with 110 plus degree weather. "It was an overall nice experience. I loved room service! I loved the easy access to excursions! I didn’t like how I had to pay for a trash bin that I threw up in. It’s understandable about messing up sheets or property in the room but for a 20$ bin I could’ve replaced by going to Walmart is crazy. ..."
