"Our stay at Pueblo bonito sunset was absolutely incredible and exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and valued. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. One of the highlights of our trip was being upgraded to the Presidential Suite. The upgrade was handled without excuses or hesitation, and we truly appreciated how seamless the process was. The suite was beautiful, spacious, and offered breathtaking views that made every morning and evening special. The resort itself was spotless, and the amenities were outstanding. Everything was well-maintained and designed to provide comfort and relaxation. The food was equally impressive, with delicious meals and plenty of variety throughout our stay. What truly set this resort apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. Overall, this was a 10 out of 10 vacation. The views, the accommodations, the food, the amenities, and especially the incredible staff made this one of the best trips we’ve ever had. We would definitely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway."

"Staff were excellent! Made me feel at home. The pool bar team were a highlight for me. Raul, Alejandro, and team are really friendly and made excellent drinks. The Micheladas and Quemaditos were delicious. The pool had a really friendly atmosphere. Sebastian, Daniel, Tino lead fun activities throughout the day. Really loved Pool Volleyball, Mexican Show, Brazilian night, and the World Cup inauguration viewing."

"As an Expedia VIP member, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade upon arrival, which was a nice gesture. The resort also does a great job with activities and entertainment. There were daily activities for all ages and the nightly shows were fun and well done. We happened to be there when the 2026 World Cup kicked off, and the resort put together a fun celebration that really added to the atmosphere. The staff throughout the resort were wonderful—friendly, hardworking, and genuinely welcoming. The hospitality really stood out and made our stay enjoyable. A few things could be improved. We found the lunch and poolside food options somewhat limited, especially after several days. The alcoholic drinks were hit or miss for us, and most of the ones we ordered weren't really to our taste. One thing that's obviously out of the resort's control was the weather. We happened to visit during a very windy week, which made some activities more challenging and created much cooler evenings than we expected. If you're traveling during a windy season, I would suggest packing a light jacket, sweatshirt, sweater, and even a pair of pants just in case. Thankfully, the resort provided blankets for guests who wanted them while watching the evening shows or dining on the beach. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend Sandos Finisterra, especially for couples, families, or anyone looking for a resort with a great location, lots of activities, and exceptional staff."
