"The pool was not enjoyable because they played very loud electronic music with an annoying announcer for 4 hours every midday. The room was otherwise excellent. The Italian and the Japanese restaurants had a poor selection of what turned out to be disappointing food. The Italian restaurant did however have a pleasant waterfront location"

"The pool areas are beautiful but the seagulls are a sign of uncleanliness. They don’t power wash the pool decks. So the gulls are forced onto the property which is very irritating to Elite paying guest owners. Sorry, wanted to write the best review about the amazing time I had as a newly divorced dark brown woman that had the most amazing time fighting that old negative energy. "We were taken to their newer resort per their request and offered a financial amount to stay there. They wanted to showcase their newest hotel I'm assuming. Kadun. It was very nice and modern. Did address a smell in one room and quickly changed us to another. It was very nice and updated."

"Enjoyed very much the Spa service. Beautiful beach. Excellent service provided by all personnel. We stayed on the "Reserve" section of the facility with swim out pool, nice feature. The Reserve entitles its gests access to bars with "higher" quality of drinks. What disappointment that was; cocktails were below par for a "premium" all-inclusive facility. Food was even worse than drinks. Very small selection of dishes, below average quality, and unimpressive flavors. Desserts were subpar, just mediocre. In summary, concerning food and beverages, just an average all-inclusive (at best) at a premium all-inclusive price. We have been in premium all inclusive facilities in the past and know what is offered there. Furniture in room and all around the facility shows its age; dents, scratches and stains found all over. Our bathroom mirror had numerous brown stains all around. The AC unit was very noisy and the second day stopped cooling the room, just blowing room temperature air. "
