"The cabin needs some much needed TLC, vanity tap leaking, no tissues? Flooring was not cut to floor size and could see under. Flooring in shower/toilet looked like it was leaking and mold. Wall under/behind table at floor has bowed. Balcony gate needs attention, and front door stick/ribs at top."
