"The front desk worker was a delight. However, the pool area was cold, the pool water was freezing, the hot tub was lukewarm, and not clean. Furthermore, the jets in the hot tub were inoperable. When we inquired about adjusting the temperature, the front desk staff member informed us that he lacked the authority to modify the heat settings for the pool area, the pool, or the hot tub. He did attempt to assist by increasing the temperature in the front area. I requested a late checkout and encountered a random individual claiming to be hotel staff, who was walking down the hallway checking doors in an attempt to gain access to rooms."

"Parking was easy, and the hotel was quiet. The staff were friendly. But the rooms were in bad shape, the pool and hot tub were out of order (but no discount on our stay). I understand the hotel was recently sold to a new owner so I hope there is revitalization underway soon. "

"There was live music in the restaurant and they had a kiddie pool ... you don't see those very often I will be coming back with grandkids to stay and swim for sure"

Continental options for breakfast, as well as biscuits and gravy---just fine for a quick bite before continuing our travels. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!"

"The hotel was being renovated, did not see that information on booking. This property edged out others because it advertised a pool and hot tub. found out after check-in that it was closed for renovations. "

"The Queen City Inn was unexpected. It was cute and had everything we needed. The space had a full-size fridge and mini dishwasher. The sitting area had a nice couch and the bed was comfy. It was nicely updated and had an easy check-in and out. We will be going back!"
